Here are some indications which will allow you to use the different elements of your box in an optimal and safe way.
- The Relax aromatic inhaler made in Quebec is used by unscrewing the cap and breathing deeply 2 to 3 times. It can be used multiple times a day, as needed. If you suffer from a chronic disease, however, it is advisable to make an appointment for an aromatherapy session HERE in order to personalize the use according to your condition.
- The lip balm Blossom Kiss can be used at will! In order to preserve it as long as possible, try to have your hands disinfected before putting your fingers in the pot.

- The crystal is used as a contact stone. The best is to wear it during the day, put it under your pillow at night or you can use it during a meditation session.
