Delivery and returns 

Free delivery

Delivery is free for all orders of $105 or more. Otherwise, a flat fee of $13.95.

Shipping of orders

All in-stock orders will be processed 3-5 days after purchase, Monday-Friday 12:00 noon EST. If you place an order after 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled the next business day. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during public holidays and holiday weekends.

International shipping

In-Store Returns

You have 15 days to return your item. Please have your purchase receipt ready. For items that are sealed and unused, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For items that are open, there is no return or exchange.

It is possible to return a purchase made online to the store. Please be sure to bring your order number and the items you are returning so that we can take care of your return. Please allow 24-48 hours for return processing. The refund will be made using the original form of payment.

Allergic reactions

If you have an allergic reaction following the use of a product, please notify us within 48 hours.

Online Returns

We love the products we offer, but if something isn't right for you, we have a return policy. Purchases made online can be returned within 15 days of receipt of order, to the original form of payment. We do not accept items that have been opened. Return costs to MAKA are the responsibility of the customer.
