About the event
During this 1h30 workshop, you will learn the basics of aromatherapy.
Essential oils have been experiencing a resurgence of interest for several years, and for good reason! These are real little miracles, which can do a lot for our health and well-being.
Unfortunately, they are also victims of their success, with all the drifts that a fashion effect can cause in terms of their quality and the good use that is made of them.
Let yourself be guided by a certified aromatherapist and member of theCanadian Federation of Aromatherapists, to learn the basics of a good practice with essential oils.
This workshop does not constitute an aromatherapy consultation. No personal case will be discussed, and no advice will be given on a particular medical condition (this requires further information that only an aromatherapy consultation can obtain).
